Next, I decided to visit the famous landmark in our town - the old lighthouse. It was located by the sea, offering a breathtaking view of the coastline. I climbed to the top of the lighthouse and gazed at the vast expanse of the ocean. The sound of waves crashing against the rocks was both soothing and invigorating. My first task was to help with the dog-walking. I put on a leash and took a friendly Labrador named Max for a walk. Max was full of energy and enthusiasm. We walked around the nearby park, and I could see the joy in his eyes as he explored the surroundings. It was heartwarming to see how a simple walk could bring so much happiness to these animals.

After the walk, I assisted in cleaning the animal enclosures. This involved changing their bedding, providing fresh water and food, and ensuring the area was clean and hygienic. It was a physically demanding task, but knowing that I was creating a safe and comfortable environment for the animals made it worthwhile.

In the afternoon, I helped out with the adoption process. I interacted with potential adopters, answering their questions and providing information about the animals. It was rewarding to witness the joy on their faces when they found their perfect companion. Seeing the animals find their forever homes filled me with a sense of fulfillment and happiness.

　　The food in Shanghai disagree me. I think the food in Beijing is the most delicious. Seafood in Beijing is very fresh. Prawns in restaurant are all alive. And there are many food that you can’t see in other cities. It is very cheap that you eat seafood in Beijing. The less money you pay, the more enjoyable you are. Maybe my stomach is ill. Whatever food I eat, I am still thin. And I am too thin, I want to be a litter fatter. So I must eat more.

　　I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

　　Yesterday was my birthday, so some of my classmates sent me presents. Mother prepared a tea party for me. I invited all of them to come and take part in it.The tea party began at half past six. There were cold drinks and refreshments. We ate, talked and laughed. We felt that we were the happest men in the world.

　　Mom bought me a pair of skating shoes at my fifth birthday. From then on, I developed the hobby of skating. It not only makes me stronger and stronger, but also helps me know many truths of life. 　　Today, my parents take me to Qingdao. I see the beautiful blue sea. Some people are playing games near the seaside, and also many people are swimming in the water. We stay in the water for about one hour and then come back to the beach for lunch. I eat many many sea food. What a nice day!

　　It was a fine day today.I was busy but happy.In the morning,I went to a park with my friends.We played tennis and went for a walk.In the afternoon,I went shopping.There were many things in the shop.I met my friend,Nancy.I spent 2 hours in going shopping.At night,I watched an exciting game show.I was happy.

　　It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an Englishdaily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

　　The screen of my father’s mobile telephone is broken. When you open the mobile telephone, the screen is always white with light. You can’t see from the screen. And my father is a businessman. 　　我今天起的很早，为了等待那传说中的日全食。为什么是传说中呢?因为没亲眼见过嘛。

　　不过从早上7：30就开始下雨，害我郁闷了半天。还好刚刚在网上看了新闻专家说阴雨天看日

　　全食会更震撼，好像是因为本来云层很厚，再加上日全食天空会更加的黑暗

　　Today is Sunday.It's also a good day. I got up at 7'oclock ,because my family will go to the zoo. After the breakfast ,I took a camara and went to the station waited for the bus together with my family.

　　It's already 9'oclock when we arrived at the zoo. my father bought three ticket and we entered the gate.

　　There are so many monkeys,tighers,lions,wolves and other animials in the zoo. there are also many birds ,but I can't call theirs names in English.

　　we took some photoes in the zoo with the animials,when the photoes will be printed, I will show them in my class.

　　The time passed so fast, we left the zoo at 1'oclock PM.

　　I am so glad today,I will go to bed early tonight .

Coming back home in the evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and eating the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!

　　I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as the aged saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for them. Then we helped the worker clean the rooms and washes the clothes. They praised us a lot and said that we were good boys. Although we felt tired, we had a good time.

　　It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I did my homework in the morning. In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest swimming pool with my friends. It was really cool to swim in such a hot day. I surfed the internet and read a storybook in the evening. I really had a busy and interesting day.

　　I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation. We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot and we really had a good time.
